Questions
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, from “Manage my plan” in your account. If you upgrade, it changes right away and you only pay the difference for the period. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep what you have until the end of what you already paid.
What happens to my takes if I cancel?
Nothing. Your takes live in your browser and in your DAW folder, not on a server. Your plan keeps working until the end of what you already paid.
Do my artists pay anything?
Never. They just open your link. No account, no card.
How do I pay?
By card, from any country. Payments are processed by Polar, which also handles your country’s taxes. Your receipt arrives by email.
Does the free trial charge at the end?
Only monthly Dúo has a trial: 3 days free. It asks for your card when you start and charges the plan when the trial ends, unless you cancel first from “Manage my plan”.
